For storage units and lockers, the minimum rental period are 30 (thirty) days. However, office spaces can be rented for a minimum of 1 (one) day.
Once a storage unit, a locker or an office space has been rented, you will be granted full 24h/7d access. Using your mobile phone, log into your account, select the "QR Scanner" option and point the camera towards the QR code of your rented space. Confirm the action and the door will unlock.
To cancel a rental, just let the period expire without extending it further.
Once the rental period expires and no further extensions are made, ensure that the space is vacant and clean. We will then review the conditions in which the space was left and send you an email with the evaluation results, along with instructions on how to claim your deposit.
