13.2. reSt@ck is not responsible for the collection of personal data from third parties by the Customer/User. The responsibility for collecting and communicating this data to reSt@ck rests solely with the Customer/User.
13.3. Once the Customer/User provides reSt@ck with the personal data of third parties to whom they wish to grant access to the rented spaces, reSt@ck will process this data in accordance with the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy.
14. HOW CAN YOU EXERCISE YOUR RIGHTS:
14.1. To understand how to exercise your rights, it is important to first be aware of what those rights are. Under applicable legislation, you have the right to request the exercise of the following rights:
